Black & Veatch Telecommunications Division is currently providing full turnkey services for the deployment of a state-of-the-art dense wave division multiplex (DWDM) system for the Dynegy Metro Network. Black & Veatch Telecommunications Division is responsible for the engineering and installation of 83 nodes and hubs throughout 17 cities. Black & Veatch Telecommunications Division is also performing the following:

• Equipment procurement.
• Project management.
• DWDM installation.
• Equipment testing.
• Network commissioning.
