Flightline Area Development Plan 86th CEG - Ramstein AB, Germany

Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. developed a multi-year redevelopment plan for the flightline area of Ramstein Air Base. This plan is guiding the changes necessary to transform an existing air base from a tactical fighter base to the primary reception point in Europe and airlift hub for NATO and U.S. airlift operations.
