Antiterrorism / Force Protection Compliance

The Force Protection Compliance Survey provided the 411th Base Support Battalion (BSB), 26th Area Support Group (ASG), HQ USAREUR, and HQ EUCOM with accurate data on how the 411th BSB installations and facilities rated against the minimum force protection physical standards set forth in Appendix 1 to annex D to USCINCEUR AT/FP OPORD 99-01 (Force Protection Design Standards, 18 May 1999). Utilizing these standards, a force protection survey was created to assist in assessing the structures.

The Force Protection Compliance Survey addressed 13 preselected installations and 142 unique inhabited structures within the 411th BSB. The unique inhabited structures were selected based on their facility type, occupancy usage and location within their installations.
