Black & Veatch successfully completes many special, unique, and demanding master planning projects for governments around the world. These projects have set the standard for both U.S. Air Force General Plans and U.S. Summary Development Plans.

Projects range from development of criteria documents for individual facilities to planning of entire military bases.
