Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. provides a full range of design and construction services for aerospace and defense programs. We are currently the only architectural / engineering design contractor under the U.S. National Missile Defense Program, intended to protect the continental United States from rogue ballistic missile attack. We also support the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program (Nunn-Lugar Act) by providing specialized design and construction support for facilities to demilitarize the former Soviet Union weapons of mass destruction.
