Black & Veatch Special Projects Wins $3 Million Contract

HUNTINGTON, W.Va., Jan. 31 -- The U.S. Army has awarded a $3 million contract to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp., Overland Park, Kan., for architect and engineering services.

The contract was awarded by the U.S. Army Engineer District, Huntington, W.Va.
