With over 250 gas processing projects successfully completed worldwide, Black & Veatch has continually set standards for our creativity and innovation in process design.

Black & Veatch pioneered the use of refrigerated lean oil technology for light hydrocarbon recovery more than 40 years ago. Now, we have expanded this expertise to the latest cryogenic processing technologies and completed projects up to 2,200 million standard cubic feet per day and up to 60,000 barrels per day of associated liquids recovery. More recently we have developed and patented a new LPG recovery process known as PRO-MAX. This technology complements our capabilities and expertise in absorption, refrigeration, refrigerated J-T and turbo expansion technologies, yielding up to 95 percent ethane recovery and 99 percent propane recovery.

The company's project experience also includes amine circulation rates up to 24,000 gallons per minute, compression up to 120,000 horsepower and sulfur recovery up to 1980 long tons per day.
