available position, you will be contacted for an interview. If you are
not selected for an immediate position, your resume will be maintained
for a period of 12 months in our resume database. If future positions

What is the interview
process like?
Often a brief phone interview with either a human resources representative
or a hiring manager will be conducted first. If you are invited to come
in for an interview, in most cases you will meet with a human resources
department representative, the hiring manager, and sometimes key members
of the department’s team. (Certain positions also may require skill
testing.) This may require more than one visit to our facilities. Of
course, references and education will be checked before any offer of
employment is extended.
